A couple nights ago I found out that only 2 of the founders I work with had ever read The Cathedral & The Bazaar and the Cluetrain Manifesto. Along with those other two I've added The Agile Manifesto, The Mythical Man-Month and the Pragmatic Programmer. (rationale here: http://blog.heavybit.com/blog/2014/12/10/old-school-reading-list). What old school reading would you recommend for a new founder?
