Moving from Amazon to Google (Play Movies & TV, YouTube [especially given the perennially rumored subscription service]) doesn't really move the needle very much for Netflix in terms of depending on a competitor. I doubt Google would get much traction with Netflix if they made that argument for migrating to GCE.
