Would this hold up in court? It seems laughable upon reading it.


"You can only run our software on our hardware" has already held up in courts. It's been a few years, but I think it was Allen Bradley or Siemens.


Depends on your locality. In some countries/states/cities, EULAs are utterly unenforceable. In others, they might have a legitimate case.
