Horrifyingly the parents recently said they would support Trump even if he ordered federal agents to kill everyone indiscriminately in a random mall in LA, and their adult kids were murdered as a result.
In 2016 I watched not only tax-exempt churches on the airwaves in MS campaigning for Trump but Trump appearing in an ad saying “I’ll make every dream you ever dreamed come true.” It was so blatant I actually filled out the complaint form to the IRS or FEC (I can’t remember which) all the way but didn’t send it.
This isn't really trump anymore. It's all project 2025/federalist society. They're enacting trump's revenge which happens to have some overlap with their own goals. It will likely continue after trump unless the spell is broken and there's a general strike and military coup.
