The community, or rather, future customers should show this company that intimidation and behavior like this will only hurt. Stop paying a monthly fee if they are, stop buying new copies, let the IP go worthless.

Show the company not to bite the hand that feeds them -- the customers, which the modders are part of and attract more of.

That's the only way to shut this type of stuff down for good.
