Is anyone using AI to effectively save them time in project management?
My company has an internal LLM and Copilot, and has developed some client facing AI tools, but I can’t see valuable use cases for me. I also can’t find concrete examples for project managers from googling.
The most I’ve got out of an LLM is “explain this concept to me” when I know very little about it, or finding a document somewhere in my company’s OneDrive. My company is trying to push us to use them to summarise one or multiple documents (I don’t need to do this) or create first draft documents (Copilot can’t se to create a new doc, but does give content in the chat window which is next to useless).
All tips, links, suggestions welcome. At this stage LLM’s are feeling very much like a fad.
