I'm really surprised we haven't seen more of this in the US. In other countries have seen this idea where apartments or condominiums are on top of fairly large shopping malls. Maybe it's because of the idea in the US that people like to go places travel around in their car or what not but the idea that your apartment is literally an elevator ride away from shopping and entertainment seems like it would be something that people want.
