This is nothing but negatives. Why stay and burn your reputation? Why stay and burn your will to work? You are no longer in a mutually beneficial work environment. You have to find a way to change that so both parties are getting value.

Thanks for the advice. Yes I have a very good reputation across the groups. Even those playing the politics are aware of it. I don't want to burn it.
