and if I recall properly, in order to _really_ reduce France global power consumption:
- reduce massively heating/AC: house/office duplication, thermal catastrophy of zillions of buildings, etc.
- reduce massively commuting.
With corona/covid, I wonder if a poorly renewed air in a small home (due to reduced heating) could amplify infection potency due to some sort of feedback-loop.
