. Around here, a 22lb sack of flour costs around $10. Looking at around $500 worth of flour there, assuming 100% of the wheat gets turned into flour (I think there is some waste during processing)

The waste is called bran and it's usually fed to animals or sold as is (supply exceeds demand by a huge margin though).
