I am starting to see a lot of these similar comments around the internet.

I think, it is because people are now so used to Apple and Amazon's trillion valuation, with Apple closing in to 2 Trillion, people think $32B is low or ( relatively ) cheap.

Reality is ARM was quite over valued when it was purchased by Softbank.
