You should be able to get it from Windows Update. I needed to select it, it was listed as an "important update" but deselected by default.

Yeah. And it was about 100MB, not 2GBs.

Careful though: I managed to hose one of my Windows 7 VMs with the stock WU SP1 update. Do remember to take your snapshots. I didn't :(
