an experiment bringing together Hugo and Internet Archive to provide a rock solid, lightweight and ethical solution to serve audio files.

The main objective is to share loads of audio files (hundreds of gigabytes are fine) without the hassle of Youtube / Dropbox / Soundcloud etc

To get an overview of these (toxic IMHO) companies, I strongly recommend this episode of Last Week Tonight:

Gitlab provides several web interfaces:

- a basic WYSIWYG when you click on "Edit"

- Gitpod and Gitlab IDE, based on Vs code in the browser, allowing custom settings and extension

The jamstack for sure

A Samsung S4 Neo, paid 35€, set up with /e/ (an adaptation of LineageOS).

It does what I tell him to do, and I've seen no ads or unwanted notifications since I use it (4 years now)

I prefer localGfonts, "Online tool to provide fonts and css snippets for self-hosting using google fonts"

The French nuclear industry was mostly privatized and is ran now by Areva (rebranded Orano after several scandals)

I disagree, the live server is super practical. Are you sure it takes a lot if energy to the dev BTW?

I especially like Hugo plugged with Netlify CMS. Free, powerful, and robust.

The learning curve is steep but it worth it.

Only caveat though: the "Bus factor" is very low and it's sometime intimidating to contribute on the Github tracker

While I agree that the capability is technically practical, I feel there are plenty of good file system watcher based web servers. I can't say at all what level of effort goes into maintaining this feature, but in my opinion is is bloat that can be handled by other tools.
