Tidy is an encryption scheme based on an old project of mine which uses an absurd set of processes for encryption(madXOR). I have my personal concerns about the project and its feasibility and/or usefulness. I still have a few sections to write-up and a final revision to conduct before writing the proof of concept. But it feels as if I am merely justifying and defending something just for the sake of the effort.

Any form of constructive criticism is appreciated.

I like the idea and love the your website. Did you guys use a Privacy Policy Generator? Because this...

Examples of personal data include but are not limited to: your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address and any other information relating to you which you have provided in any form to us; your photos; your employment history, education background, and income levels; personal data of your family members, such as next of kin, spouses and children; information relating to payments, such as your bank account number and credit card information; and information about your usage of and interaction with our website(s) and/or services including computer and connection information, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views and traffic to and from our website(s).

...is way too much. I am aware that Instagram doesn't have most of the latter information. But still. It's a deterrent, for me at least.

Anyways, good luck....love your website..cool design.

Hey mad_dev, thanks for checking this out! We actually have an in-house legal team, and we use the same privacy policy across our multiple apps. The reason for this is that a lot of client projects require it to be there, so we just use that privacy policy for everything.

For Spatulah, we don't actually have any of your instagram data other than what's available via their public website anyway. We do get your email address when you sign up, but thats strictly for login and resetting your password.

The ranking system is based on points; a given. But I would argue that a weighted rank(Comments + Points) is a better ranking system. More conversational threads indicate greater interest(not always, it could be one guy spamming). But if you can find a way to weigh the rank as to include comments; yet exclude abuse, your ranking system would be much more superior than HN's.

Thank you for the feedback!;)

/otf is part of my CLI for the web project; dubbed "Keep It Tidy Charles(ki.tc)". As the name suggests; it's an Ephemeral File Sharing(EFS)-service that was designed initially as an api. The system has random readable urls/path through what3words's api; rationale: easier to read > easier to memorize > easier to verbally share. The process is actually fascinating as it's generating a random longitude and latitude for any given upload, passes it to what3words api, and then, the 3 words are passed and stored. When the api fails, it falls back to 5 random characters. * There are two links for any given file: [1] The download link [2] The download page link. The download page link was created to circumvent file deletion due to services that request header info[many social media sites and IM services do this]. * File retention is 27 days. * Max upload size is 400mb. * It does lack aesthetically in some areas; something weird happens when you maximise and then minimize the video player for instance.

* Latest Changelog

Changelog ki.tc/otf Changed supports ssl with auto redirect [let's encrypt] 27 days TTL; unaccessed files will be terminated Upload size increased to 400mb [3.4.0] - 2018-10-21 Added Streaming videos; [videojs] - file will be deleted upon download request.

Yup, you could also tackle your diet. Given the multifactorial aetiology of dental caries; Host, Plaque, and diet. I would highly recommend the least invasive approach; changing your diet. In addition to the noted vitamins, sucrose should not be included in your dietary program seeing as how it is a cariogenic constitute. There are other compounds that play a major role in the development of dental caries, but sucrose has that special something about it. Also, fluoride either in water (1.13ppm) or topical. Lasty, Xyiltol gum, it helps to rebalance oral pH. And of course brush and floss. This way, you prevent the development of dental caries--fingers crossed--and help in the reminiralisazion process.

Oops, I should mention that the pen icon opens up the editor.

This is kinda old. But I was surprised to know that such an advancement in stem-cell research has been made.

Sigh, I hope more comes of it. This is the first time I've ever heard of it.

Thanks, I'll look into it.

In addition to the latter, make use of your Physics degree in your projects. You should also note the differences between high and low level languages and make an adequate choice that fits your goal. I would also recommend that you make use of open source not only as a license and a mindset, but to read other's code and learn how they did whatever was achieved.

And Chris is right, it's how you solve the problem, how you optimise performance...how you create. It doesn't matter if it's in Assembly, C, or GO.
