Thank you for the feedback and heads up. But are you sure that it is not optional? It is a feature directly provided by leaflet (https://leafletjs.com/reference.html#control-attribution) so I thought there would be no problem in me hiding the prefix. I really have no idea about copyright regulations though so I will take a look.

The feature is in case you use tile layers that don't require attribution. The Mapbox/OpenStreetMap layer need attribution. A click on either link will show examples https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright https://docs.mapbox.com/help/getting-started/attribution/

My philosophy is that I want to be upfront with who I am so the person who hires gets to know me a little bit. And I definetly think it is their business. Personality plays a huge role in whether you are a good or a bad fit for the job.

Really cool project, I like the "reaching out via email" and "reading time" feature. However my plan with the app is to make it more like a second personalised internet. I'll give an example: lets say you have been reading HN for some years now. Every now and then you have come across an article talking about the how to hire as a startup. Back then you found it interesting but you weren't in a position where it was relevant information. Now however you have your own startup and have to hire. Now you wish you had those articles. Maybe you have bookmarked them somewhere but can't find them because they got lost between the 100s of other bookmarks and/or in a complex folder system. Maybe you even forgot that you have them somewhere. And when you google for tips the only articles that come up are generic corporate tips. This app will help against this. You dont event have to remember that you bookmarked it. If you search in google, the currently empty right part of the screen will be filled with results from links that you have bookmark and fit the query (based on categories assigned to the bookmarks, most used words in the article, bookmark title and notes)

The point of this app is not really to have a place to store bookmarks, but rather make a new internet with the links you have saved. I am also aware that most people already have some sort of bookmarking system. Therefore one of my main focuses is making it easy to start and even stop using the app (export/import).

Sorry, this point was not made clear in the original post

Dont try to go to bed earlier, wake up earlier. Youll get tired and therefore want to go to bed earlier. But youll be tired for some days until you get used to it, so dont do it in a stressfull time. Holidays would be optimal

I once did a digital detox which included no music. When I finally listened to music it felt amazing. Way better then before. I would suggest to try it, even if its just for a few days

now its maang companies, not faang

dude, wtf

In the last 3 days I've worked on this little side project. I got the idea when I saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVwxzDHniEw . I just had to agree with her. Bézier curves are truly beautiful. While coding this project I sometimes found myself playing around with the curves for 10-20 minutes. Something about them is just hypnotising.
