I'd recommend checking out The Entrepreneur's Guide to Customer Development: http://custdev.com - It's a very practical guide to the first part of customer development and complimentary to Steve Blank's book and Eric Ries's Lean Startup Principles. I recommend it to every entrepreneur that I talk to (which ends up being hundreds a year!)

This is my content, I used bo.lt to post this on HN as an experiment.

Here's a Andrew Warner interview with Jay Meattle where he talks about how Shareaholic reached 2+ millions installs of their browser add-on: http://mixergy.com/shareaholic-jay-meattle-interview/

You forgot to say where you are. You even forgot to mention it on your web site, as far as I can see.

Sorry, we're actually virtual and can work with anyone anywhere in the world.

It's Hiten from KISSmetrics. Feel free to email me hshah at kissmetrics.com - we are accommodating bootstrapped startups.

Hi Hiten. I know you guys must be slammed. Very cool for you to drop in. I'm glad to hear you are "accomodating to bootstrapped startups". I had been following you, but assumed I was priced out of the product. I'll be reaching out this week for info.

Hiten, just wanted to say thanks for the response. Sounds like Ghalib, also working on this project, has already reached out.

@Hiten, great to know you guys are accommodating bootstrapped startups. I'll follow up asap via mail.

Hi, This is Hiten from KISSmetrics / Survey.io - We do not know what is going on with this and have not heard of this issue before. We're taking a look at this issue right now. At the moment, we think it might have to do with the Google Analytics code on the survey.io embeds, so we will be removing the GA code from them shortly. If anyone has any feedback or ideas please feel free to shoot me an email: hshah at kissmetrics.com

The Google Analytics code has now been removed from the embed. I took a quick look at the stats for our own ProductPlanner.com and didn't notice any dips as a result of the survey.io code. If anyone has any more details or ideas, please let me know.
