I can speak a bit more to Userflows general strengths.

Userflow is really strong when it comes to usability - The flow builder is advanced (branch flows, if this, then that, theming etc.), but easy to use

We also have strong version and environment control.

Userflow also works great for retaining users who already converted. E.g. with Launchers you can highlight new or unused features and with surveys you can ask them satisfaction questions.
