Happy to see this live here. We’ve been working heads-down for months and it’s been amazing to bring AI into design in a more natural way. If you’ve struggled with design tools before, I’d love to know what pain points you think we should tackle first.
Stoked to see Superflex here! I’m one of the co-founders, and we built this to make front-end dev faster and less tedious.
If you’re tired of manual UI coding or have ideas to improve tools like this, we’d love your feedback. Also, open to contributors—help us make it even better!
I’d like to share and ask for feedback on my startup in the HR performance development field.
Our mission is to enhance clarity and transparency in career development for all organizational members, providing them with a clear path for progression.
We developed our platform from personal frustrations about lacking clarity on how to progress to the next level. Previous companies used tools like Lattice and 15five, but they were made for leadership, and there is not so much value to end users (employees). That’s why we started developing our platform.
We’ve been working on it for the past six months and are eager to share our progress and gather your honest feedback. Please visit our website at https://sprout-hr.com/, there you can find a demo video of our platform.
Wow that is mind-blowing, thanks for sharing your perspective. Personally, I find it hard to grasp the idea of companies constantly onboarding and offboarding employees instead of investing in their growth. Every employee brings valuable domain knowledge, and investing in them can lead to better results. Happy and motivated employees tend to perform better, and that's something that can benefit any business in the long run.
Hmm, I understand the perspective of keeping expenses down, but it's essential to consider the long-term implications. Without a clear career path, employees may lose motivation and job satisfaction, ultimately affecting their performance. High turnover rates can lead to a negative reputation for the company and constant onboarding & offboarding, which is both costly and disruptive. Am I missing something here?
Employees lose motivation because the work is boring or they aren’t getting paid enough. It’s not because they don’t have a clear career path. A lot of companies have hierarchies and there’s always the next level to reach, but it doesn’t mean I’m motivated as a result. I’m motivated because the work is meaningful, or because I want to make more money. Not because I am going to eventually be a VP then director if I continue grinding
